This website is a static informational page. We process personal data only to the extent technically necessary for delivering the site.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). We have concluded a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. As Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States, personal data are transferred to a third country. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and, additionally, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, Art. 45 GDPR); Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the DPF.

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information that your browser transmits (so-called server log files): anonymised or shortened IP address, date and time of the request, transferred data volume, requested URL, user-agent string. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). These data are deleted after a maximum of 14 days and are not combined with other data sources.

This website does not set any cookies.

5. Analytics, tracking, third parties

We do not use web analytics, tracking, advertising pixels or social-media plugins. Fonts are served exclusively from our own server (no Google Fonts CDN or other third-party providers). No third-party content (videos, maps, embeds) is loaded.

6. Email contact

If you contact us by email, we process your information to handle your enquiry under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Where the contact relates to the conclusion of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies as an additional legal basis. We delete these data once they are no longer required, and in any case after the expiry of any applicable statutory retention periods.
